
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR and Admin Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources and administration functions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, capable of managing a diverse range of responsibilities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Oversee administrative functions ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the office.
- Manage employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle employee grievances and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as HR Manager
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field
