
The Human Resource will be instrumental in establishing and enhancing HR structures and functions at Healthex Africa Ltd (HealthX). This role focuses on strategic HR management to support the organization’s long-term operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish HR Framework: Develop and implement functional structures, processes, and workflows for the HR department.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring effective onboarding and integration of new employees.
- Employee Development: Manage training and upskilling initiatives for staff, including the HR Officer.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures to align with organizational objectives.
- Strategic Support: Collaborate with the seconded department to align HR strategies with overall business goals.
Must have skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
