As a Human Resource Officer, you’ll play a key role in developing HR initiatives, managing recruitment, training employees, and ensuring compliance with labour laws. Key Responsibilities:
Support the management of HR systems and policies
– Guide company procedures and employee relations V Manage the recruitment and on-boarding process V Develop and oversee training and career development programs
Assist in performance management and employee evaluations
– Handle disciplinary and grievance resolution
– Maintain accurate employee records and compliance data
What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of experience in HR management or administration
Strong knowledge of recruitment, training, and payroll functions
– Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR software is a plus
HR certification (e.g., PHR) is an added advantage
