Role Overview
The HR Officer will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, capacity building and adherence to labour laws and organizational policies to foster a supportive and productive workplace.

Expected Outcomes
· Facilitate transparent recruitment and selection processes.
· Update comprehensive employee records and HR reports.
· Regularly update HR policies and procedures.
· Organize training sessions to enhance staff capacity.
· Assist in designing HR strategies that align with MLYF’s mission and long-term objectives.
· Support succession planning and career development for key roles.
· Support the finance team in processing payroll and employee benefits.
· Develop onboarding processes for new employees to ensure smooth integration.
Required Qualification/Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional qualification is an added advantage.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
