
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and direct the routine functions of the HR department
- Hiring, interviewing, and training staff
- Administering pay,benefits, and leave
- Enforcing company policies and practices
- Performance management and succession planning
QUALIFICATIONS:
A degree in Human Resource management At least 3 years experience in a reputable company or organisation Must be computer literate
