RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Lead and direct the routine functions of the HR department
  2. Hiring, interviewing, and training staff
  3. Administering pay,benefits, and leave
  4. Enforcing company policies and practices
  5. Performance management and succession planning

QUALIFICATIONS:

A degree in Human Resource management At least 3 years experience in a reputable company or organisation Must be computer literate
