
HR ASSISTANT
The Human Resource Assistant will support the effective and efficient operations of the organization’s Human Resource department.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource.
- Experience: At least 3 years experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS Systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-orriented and accuracy.
- Problem-solving skills with good judgment.
- Understanding of HR principles, best practices and employment laws.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Competencies
- Handle employee documentation, maintain records, ensure confidentiality and perform administrative tasks.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and co-ordinating onboarding activities, including orientation and document filing.
- Prepare reports such as probation, leave and new hires.
- Communicate contracts and probation periods promptly and draft and share contracts with employees.
- Attend meeting, take minutes, manage disciplinary documentation, support policy training and address employee questions on policies and benefits.
- Provide and verify data, offer secretarial support, ensure confidentiality, uphold servie standards, handle payroll queries, and perform other assigned duties.
- Conduct employee training and maintain staff training calender.
