Job Summary

  • We seek a dynamic and results-driven HR Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will generate new business opportunities, promote HR solutions, and build strong client relationships.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of HR services, strong sales skills, and the ability to consult with clients on their HR needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients for HR services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.
  • Promote HR services such as recruitment, payroll management, employee benefits, and training solutions.
  • Offer expert advice on HR best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Assist clients in improving their HR processes and workforce management strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide feedback to improve HR offerings and customer experience.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client HR needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients on HR services.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and the HR service delivery team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Proven experience in HR consulting, sales, or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of HR services, trends, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
