Job Summary
- We seek a dynamic and results-driven HR Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will generate new business opportunities, promote HR solutions, and build strong client relationships.
- This role requires a deep understanding of HR services, strong sales skills, and the ability to consult with clients on their HR needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients for HR services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.
- Promote HR services such as recruitment, payroll management, employee benefits, and training solutions.
- Offer expert advice on HR best practices and compliance requirements.
- Assist clients in improving their HR processes and workforce management strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide feedback to improve HR offerings and customer experience.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client HR needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients on HR services.
- Act as a bridge between clients and the HR service delivery team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Proven experience in HR consulting, sales, or business development.
- Strong knowledge of HR services, trends, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
