HR MANAGER

The HR Manager will oversee hiring, interviews, payroll, benefits, leave administration, and policy enforcement while fostering a culture of productivity, discipline, and motivation. The HR Manager will collaborate with directors on strategic decisions and staffing plans to support a positive and effective work environment.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA in Human Resource Management.
  • Results-driven, with strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
  • HR Policy & Strategy: Experienced in implementing HR policies and developing effective HR strategies.
  • HR Systems Proficiency: Skilled in HR systems, databases.
  • Legal and Compliance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of labor laws, health and safety regulations, and privacy policies.
  • Leadership & Decision-Making: Strong management, decision-making, and presentation abilities.
  • Experienced in coaching, educating staff, and resolving conflicts.
  • Ability to analyze data for strategic workforce planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer tasks.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and HR best practices.
