Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: MBA in Human Resource Management.
- Results-driven, with strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
- HR Policy & Strategy: Experienced in implementing HR policies and developing effective HR strategies.
- HR Systems Proficiency: Skilled in HR systems, databases.
- Legal and Compliance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of labor laws, health and safety regulations, and privacy policies.
- Leadership & Decision-Making: Strong management, decision-making, and presentation abilities.
- Experienced in coaching, educating staff, and resolving conflicts.
- Ability to analyze data for strategic workforce planning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer tasks.
