
Are you an experienced and detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? Arcadia Suites Hotel is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead our dedicated housekeeping team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all rooms and public areas meet the hotel’s luxury standards.
• Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Implement and maintain effective cleaning procedures, hygiene practices, and inventory controls.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and supplies to optimize efficiency and cost control.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a five-star or luxury hotel setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications in hospitality or housekeeping management are a plus.
• International experience outside Uganda is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
