Housekeeper

DUTIES

1. Clean all guest areas, rooms, and outdoor hotel areas.

2. Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service.

3. Ensures housekeeping departmental standards are followed.

4. Respond promptly to guests’ requests for miscellaneous items like cribs, cots, extra towels, etc.

5. Maintains inventory of necessary supplies.

6. Report necessary maintenance items.

7. Follow departmental policies and procedures.

8. Follow all safety and sanitation policies

9. Assist other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.

10. Perform additional duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

– At least 2 years of working experience in the hospitality industry

– At least a diploma in the relevant field.

– Excellent communication and organizational skills

– Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

– Highly responsible & reliable

– Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
