Responsibilities
- Perform a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and other wellness therapies
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment and products are stocked and in good condition
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel welcomed and comfortable
- Stay updated on industry trends and new treatment techniques to enhance service offerings
- Educate clients on home care products and practices to maintain their wellness routines
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a hygienic work environment
Requirements
- Relevant certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or a related field
- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a hotel or wellness setting preferred
- Strong understanding of various massage techniques and spa treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
