Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Sales Manager at Ilora Retreats, Masai Mara. The candidate will be stationed at Nairobi, Kenya. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for B2B travel agent sales for our property in Masai Mara
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales and Sales Management skills
- Proven track record in driving sales and revenue
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
