
Sokoni Africa Limited is looking for a motivated and cheerful Hotel Receptionist to become a vital part of our team. The Hotel Receptionist will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and addressing guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Your role will significantly contribute to the overall guest experience at our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival
- Manage guest check-in and check-out efficiently
- Handle reservations and update booking systems as needed
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Address and resolve guest complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Process financial transactions and maintain accurate guest records
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guests’ needs are met
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service will be an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with hotel management software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing great customer service
