We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Assistant – Honeywell Flour Mills
Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full Time
Purpose of the Job
- To assist the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager in implementing global best practices in health safety and environmental programs/activities.
The Job
- Inspect the facility to report, close out/ escalate any possibility for the occurrence of accidents, fire outbreaks and hazards to ensure prompt response and preventive resolution.
- Check the facility to ascertain that all environmental and safety equipment’s are in ready to use condition and keep stock and reporting each’s status as routinely required
- Advice and counsel employees on the implication of maintaining a safe working environment and complying with safe work ethics.
- Monitor the operations within the factory to ensure appropriate use of Personal Protective equipment (PPE) and communicate corrections where variations exist.
Qualifications
- National Diploma in related discipline.
- Basic training in safety procedures.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in food Processing Company.
The Person Must:
