KE 808, Lweya CYDC seeks qualified Health professionals to conduct a health screening exercise for 361 participants aged between 0-22years and 15 breastfeeding mothers. We seek a team of qualified medical practitioners that have worked for more than 3 years and are registered and licensed with relevant licensing bodies. The team should consist of;
- Medical Officer/Pediatrician
- Clinical Officer
- Nutritionist
- Nursing Officer
EXPECTATIONS
- Conduct health screening for 361 participants and 15 caregivers
- Fill in and certify all health assessment forms for all participants
- Compile timely and comprehensive report and share the outcome of the exercise
- Be able to conduct nutritional assessment including weight for height, MUAC, BMis and 24hour diet recall.
- Be able to provide ABZ tabs and vitamin A to the participants during the activity to provide any relevant medical support to the participants and referrals where applicable.
REQUIREMENTS
- Copies of academic certificates ID and CV.
- Copy of practicing licenses from relevant bodies.
- Quotation.
