Role Overview:
The Head of Marketing Communications will lead and oversee all aspects of Xymbolic Development Ltd.’s marketing and communications strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals across real estate, and agribusiness verticals. The role requires an innovative and strategic professional to position the company as an industry leader, enhance brand visibility, and drive market engagement through compelling narratives and data-driven campaigns.

- A seasoned professional with 7+ years of experience in marketing, media, content creation, advertising, and leadership.
- A dynamic individual who can lead a team, develop strategies, and manage multi-channel campaigns.
- Someone with a deep understanding of branding, storytelling, and digital marketing.

- Develop and execute marketing strategies across real estate and agribusiness.
- Lead a talented marketing team to achieve measurable results.

- Oversee content creation, advertising, and public relations initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, media, content marketing, advertising, and copywriting.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing teams.
- Demonstrable expertise in multi-channel marketing, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
- Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and consumer engagement strategies.
- Experience in a similar industry (real estate, agribusiness) is highly advantageous.
