What will you do?

In this interdisciplinary role, you will work in a fast-paced, data-driven, and technology-oriented environment to deliver globally competitive financial technology products. While providing leadership and direction to your teams. You will be working alongside a Global Product and Technology team while leading a local operations team to drive market adoption of financial products.

  • Your goal will be to lead all operational activities and projects. Be responsible for driving efficiency of business processes, improving existing products, and contributing towards building teams.
  • You will be primarily responsible for researching and executing product & process improvement strategies to ensure optimal and efficient end-to-end service delivery.
  • You will initiate and implement comprehensive project plans that align with company goals and coordinate the activities of various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
  • You will be critical to the conception, development, stakeholder engagement, and execution of the company’s technology projects.
  • You will monitor, analyze, and review KPIs and lead remedial actions when expectations are not being met.
  • You will analyze the economics of project plans and provide actionable feedback relating to cost-benefit and return-on-investment.
  • Act as the single point of contact for the company’s technology vendors and stakeholders, including telcos, tech aggregators, data protection agencies, credit bureau agencies, and data providers.
  • You shall be the focal point for regulatory compliance, ensuring all concerns by the industry regulator are being addressed.

What are we looking for?

  • A hands-on person who is passionate about technology-inspired innovation and impacting teams.
  • Must be able to establish strong working relationships internally and externally that is built on trust and collaboration.
  • Must be very data-driven and possess an extensive ability to analyze and interpret data and translate them into reports.
  • Must be an excellent communicator (both written and verbal)
  • Must demonstrate leadership and ability to work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.

Qualification and Requirements

  • MS/Bs degree in business management or Information Systems preferred.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office products (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word) as well as demonstrated IT aptitude in some other way (e.g. programming, statistical software, financial modeling, functional applications such as Zapier or Excel macros).
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in one of the following industries: financial services, Fintech, IT consulting, telecom, or e-commerce.
  • Experience managing teams, with at least 2 projects in one or more of the following: electronic payments, consumer mobile apps, personal finance, digital financial services, CRM, Financial System, and IVR deployment.
