Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- Possession of a PGD in Legal Practice and ICSA is a must; an MBA will be an added advantage.
- Advocate of the High Court of Uganda.
- At least ten (10) years’ legal and compliance management experience in a regulated environment.
- Broad knowledge and understanding of compliance obligations of listed companies in Uganda will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
