About the Role:

As a Growth Marketer at Vetsark, you will play a crucial role in driving our company’s growth by developing and executing innovative marketing strategies. You will focus on acquiring new customers, retaining existing ones, and fostering strong relationships within the agriculture community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies: Create and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with Vetsark’s overall business objectives.
  • Customer acquisition: Utilize various marketing channels, such as digital advertising, content marketing, social media, and public relations, to attract new fish and poultry farmers to the platform.
  • Customer retention: Develop and execute strategies to retain existing customers and increase their engagement with Vetsark’s services.
  • Data-driven marketing: Utilize data analytics to identify growth opportunities, measure performance, and optimize strategies. Leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Partnerships and collaborations: Build relationships with industry stakeholders, including agricultural organizations, cooperatives, and government agencies, to expand Vetsark’s reach and influence.
  • Brand awareness: Develop and implement brand-building initiatives to enhance Vetsark’s visibility and reputation within the agriculture industry.
  • Conduct Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform growth strategies.
  • Manage Growth Initiatives: Oversee the implementation of growth initiatives, including product launches, market expansion, and customer acquisition campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role within the agriculture or technology industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for agriculture and a commitment to empowering farmers

  • Experience working in the agriculture industry or with agritech startups
  • Knowledge of agricultural marketing and sales practices
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
