Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design: Create high-quality visuals for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and branding materials.
- Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Design animations using Adobe After Effects and edit videos with Adobe Premiere Pro for engaging social media and digital content.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets align with Duba’s brand identity and creative vision.
- AI Integration: Leverage AI-powered tools like Runway ML, Freepik AI, or MidJourney to enhance design projects.
- Social Media Content: Design eye-catching graphics tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Trend Research: Stay updated on the latest design, motion graphics, and social media trends to create fresh and relevant content.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or motion graphics (internships or freelance work count).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory.
- Ability to create motion graphics and animations.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Freepik AI, Runway ML) is an advantage.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work (mandatory for application).
