Job Overview:
The telecom Department at infinity computers which involves providing various excellent customer services requires technical individuals willing to get hands-on training for the various telecom projects e.g. 5G modernization and upgrade, MW equipment installations, data-centers, tower works and various projects.
Responsibilities:
Identifying and resolving technical issues with hardware equipment, network connectivity Understanding how the network infrastructure and how customer applications used to execute work.
Address customer complaints and escalate issues where and when necessary, plus understanding the customer technical projects, managing timelines and quality implementation.
Requirements:
Any technical certificate, CCNA, degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Telecom, computer science or any technical related field. Strong communication, hands-on and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer concerns quickly, professionally and efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, quick learning adapting to the various work environments
Program Details:
- Duration: 5 Months Graduate Trainee Program. • Location: Kampala, Uganda – Windsor lop behind city oil Kamwokya
