Munakyalo AgroFresh Ltd is an AgriTech company providing solar-powered loT cooling hubs and plant-based preservation solutions to reduce post-harvest losses in Uganda. Our affordable, pay-as-you-store model extends the shelf life of perishable produce, increasing farmers’ income and food security.
Role Descriptions:
Software Engineer Trainee
- Assist in developing and testing software applications.
- Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Media Queries.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and debug software.
- Maintain thorough documentation of code and system functionality.
Agriculture Trainee
- Conduct agricultural research and data collection.
- Assist with hub management tasks (budgeting, record-keeping, admin support).
- Build professional networks and learn best agriculture practices.
What We’re Looking For:
Fresh graduates or those with 1 year of experience in related fields.
Software Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
Agriculture Trainee: Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Animal Science, or related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
