Job Summary:
Kaahwa Learning is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Graduate Trainee to join our team as an E-Learning Administrator. This role is integral to the management and enhancement of our e-learning platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, amending, and updating online courses while ensuring a high level of user engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Course Management: Review and recommend changes to existing online courses for quality and relevance.
- Content Updating: Regularly update course material to meet current educational standards.
- Technical Support: Assist in operational management of the e-learning platform, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Design & Graphics: Create visually appealing course materials with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva, adhering to branding guidelines.
- Website Maintenance: Support updates and enhancements to the website, ensuring user-friendliness and accuracy.
- Customer Care: Deliver excellent customer service by addressing learner inquiries and resolving issues.
- Communication: Maintain clear, professional communication with team members and learners, fostering a collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Graphic Design, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficient in computer usage with strong internet skills.
- Familiarity with Al tools and technologies for enhancing e-learning.
- Experience with graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
- Basic knowledge of website design and content management systems.
- Strong customer service skills and proven communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, adapting in a fast-paced environment.
