About the Role:
We are seeking talented and passionate glass artists to join our team at Glass Girls Uganda. As a glass artist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique pieces of glass art using traditional and innovative techniques. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring young girls in the art of glassmaking.
Responsibilities:
- Design and create beautiful and unique pieces of glass art.
- Train and mentor young girls in the art of glassmaking.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Participate in community outreach events.
Qualifications:
- Experience in glassmaking.
- Passion for art and design.
- Ability to work with young people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
