GENERAL ADMIN ASSISTANT

Our client, Property Boutique (www.propertyboutique.co.ke) is a professional full-service real estate brokerage, management, and advisory firm that offers progressive and innovative solutions in real estate in Kenya.

Their Nairobi Head Office seeking to fill the following position:

GENERAL ADMIN ASSISTANT

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage property listings and ensure accurate information is posted.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for property viewings and meetings.
  • Maintain and organize office records and files.
  • Assist with marketing efforts including social media and email campaigns.
  • Communicate with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute real estate documents and contracts.
  • Support agents with administrative tasks and client follow-ups.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate and assist with open houses and property showings.
  • Update and maintain the client database.
  • Monitor and update the company website and online listings.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a real estate or legal firm is a must.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Have Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software.
  • Knowledge of real estate processes and regulations.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
