Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Furniture Production Incharge to manage our furniture production operations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production activities, manage production schedules, coordinate with suppliers, ensure quality control, and optimize production processes to guarantee timely delivery of high-quality furniture products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Management:
• Oversee day-to-day furniture production operations.
• Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Quality Control:
• Implement and maintain quality control standards.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality specifications and standards.
• Address and resolve any quality issues that arise during production.
3. Supplier Coordination:
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
• Manage relationships with suppliers to maintain quality and cost-effectiveness.
4. Process Optimization:
• Identify and implement improvements in production processes.
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources to minimize waste and reduce costs.
5. Team Leadership:
• Lead and manage a team of production workers.
• Provide training and support to staff to ensure high performance.
• Foster a safe and productive work environment.
6. Technical Operation:
• Operate and oversee the use of production machines like Beisse, Homag, SCM, etc.
• Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in furniture production, manufacturing, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for production planning.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• High attention to detail and quality orientation.
