We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional Front Office Supervisor to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued guests.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Manage reservations and room allocations using our property management system.
- Address guest inquiries and requests promptly, exceeding their expectations.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and activities.
- Handle billing and payment processes accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance) to ensure guest satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.
- Fluent speaker in English and Swahili; additional languages are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in reception or customer service in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Computer literacy and proficiency with property management software or a willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Good personal hygiene and a professional, well-groomed appearance.
