FRONT DESK ATTENDANT (RECEPTIONIST)

Location: Kampala, Industrial Area

Experience: 1 year with a reputable Organization

Competence & skills required:

  1. Strong communication and people skills
  2. Proficient in English (oral and written)
  3. Computer Skills (PPt, Excel and MS Word)
  4. Flexible to take on other roles as may be assigned
  5. Phone Etiquette

Minimum Qualification:

  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Mgt or Related field

Job description

  1. Welcoming, greeting and directing guests to respective office
  2. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  3. Act as an information source to residents, staff and visitors.
  4. Notify the General Manager of any damages around the Premises.
  5. Check, sort and forward emails
  6. Keep updated records and files
  7. Prepare & Submit any reports as assigned by the line Supervisor

Salary range: Ugx. 400,000 – 500,000 Net
