1). HR Business Partner

Purpose

Typically as HR Consultant (Global):

  • Enable the HR Business Partner to deliver the People Agenda for a Business or Function by leading and/or supporting short and longer term high priority projects / change initiatives that drive business value.
  • Act as an integrator of HR capability across the operating model to be applied to defined high priority projects.

Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with a range of HR VPs and/or HRBPs across Business and/or Function including JV and NOV environments.
  • Design, develop and implement interventions, solutions or programmes in support of the strategic People Agenda for the business or function.
  • Define and contract the blend of HR and other resources required to deliver the interventions.
  • Manage and co-ordinate delivery of defined interventions – leading cross-functional, cross-country and virtual team members.
  • Manage cost-effective and timely delivery of critical business change initiatives, including but not limited to:
    • Major organisational redesign and implementation including liaison with Country HR ER/IR and HR Operations specialists.
    • Business or function ramp-up or demobilisation events requiring co-ordination of Talent, Integrated Resourcing, International Mobility and Country HR generalists and specialists.
    • Initiatives resulting from insights from diagnostics, organizational health reviews that will drive higher levels of business performance.
    • Implementation of specific business or country D&I initiatives.

Purpose

  • Define, design and lead implementation of country-specific projects and interventions to deliver the country People Agenda in support of the country business agenda.
  • Define, design and lead time-specific projects and interventions that enable delivery of the global Business or Function People Agenda in country.
  • Co-ordinate or execute projects and change initiatives, deployment of engage and perform and interventions to drive organisational capability.

Purpose
Typically as HR Operations – HR Advisor:

  • Advise line managers on complex HR matters (e.g. performance management)
  • Provide end-to-end HR Advice to Line Managers and follow up support as necessary
  • Liaises with HR experts to get input on complex cases in order to provide informed guidance
  • Support line managers on tactical HR planning
  • Provide coaching & feedback to line managers, as well as to more junior colleagues in HR Advice
  • Actively provide insights from case handling that can contribute to the development of HR initiatives (global/local) aimed at improving people management and overall business performance.

Accountabilities

  • Responsible for delivering HR advice to employees and line managers; supporting managers with more complex HR-related cases.
  • Provide seamless end-to-end resolution of HR queries to line managers and employees. Queries may include, but not limited to: Exit/ Redundancy management; Policy guidance; Absence management; Leave, Retirement, Benefits advice
  • Coordinates with Global and/or Local HR Consultants in case of (large scale) change initiatives, to ensure proper HR Advice support is provided to these initiatives (e.g. large reorgs, office moves).
  • Partner with line managers on most complex HR matters, provide operational as well as tactical HR support. For example, support line managers with performance management to heighten productivity; coach and support managers on team effectiveness strategies/resources.
  • Provide guidance and practical expertise to Line Managers on policy related issues to ensure the best performance of his/her team and the individuals within it.
  • Recognize salutations in the business, through line manager request/interaction and case handling that call for intervention. Partner effectively with HR colleagues to analyse and intervene if needed.
  • Responsible for delivering great employee experience through pro-actively addressing employee and line manager needs.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to line managers, equipping the line managers to deal with HR related matters confidently, correctly and timely.
  • Establish strong working relationship with colleagues in country and the COEs to ensure the team can effectively partner when the situation requires.
  • Highlight and escalate issues with strategic, legal, employee relations or reputational risk to appropriate parties.

What’s the Role?

  • As a Staff Wells Engineer, CWI SPDC, you will be responsible for the design, planning, and management of completion and well intervention operations, with the full integration of the CWI Operations team and relevant asset teams.
  • Preparation of detailed cost and time estimates, tracking of relevant metrics during job execution, after action reviews (AAR) documentation, well handover to production, and developing subsequent improvement plans.

Accountabilities

  • Project Design/Execution: Deliver world-class design/execution performance by embedding continuous improvement methodology as the way of working and implementing full use of the Global Well Delivery Process (GWDP)
  • HSSE – Integrate HSSE in the design, programming, and execution of well work on completion and well intervention operations. Actively promote HSSE and Sustainable Development (SD) in all activities and ensure compliance with business principles. Lead the technical and HSSE management of relevant service provider contracts and support the contracting and procurement strategy. Collaborate with contractors regarding performance, future plans, variances, etc. as needed
  • Regulatory – ensure all Well Notifications, Combined Operations Notifications, Regulatory Permits, etc. are all in place and correct prior to the commencement of operation
  • Support and foster relationships with other asset teams including subsurface, production, facilities, and construction. Support engagements with JV partners where applicable and the development and analysis of competitive benchmarking to drive operational excellence. Mentor junior staff in all aspects of completion engineering design and operations, and in interaction with other asset teams
  • Design Completions & Well Interventions activities, sit within the execution teams for Completion & Well Interventions to deliver planned scope. Supervise and ensure Completion & Well Intervention programmes are executed safely and efficiently and that all company policies and procedures are fully adhered to
  • Monitor offshore LWIV based Completion & Well Intervention operations. Ensure accurate reporting of all Completion & Well Intervention activities into the approved reporting medium
  • Implement accurate cost monitoring of all Completion & Well Intervention activities both in the office and on the well site. Integrate and liaise with other disciplines to ensure efficient and effective execution of Completion & Well Intervention work programmes

Requirements
What we need from you:

  • You must have a professional Engineer with a University Degree in a relevant Engineering or science discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Completions and Well intervention design and operations
  • Must have legal authorization to work on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
  • IWCF (International Well Control Forum)/WIPC (Well intervention Pressure Control) certification will be an added advantage
  • Good supervisory skills, with sound knowledge of Completions and Intervention practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical, communication and writing skills, with PC fluency and familiarity with drilling engineering software

3). Wells Engineer

What’s the Role?
As a Wells Engineer, you will support the onsite Supervision of drilling and completion operations on the rig in accordance with the drilling program and the SPDC HSSE and operational policies standards and   procedures with the objective of:

  • Achieving Goal Zero
  • Delivering on promises against 1) Schedule, 2) Cost and 3) Well proposal for reserves and production potential
  • Raising performance to TQ

Accountabilities

  • Achieve goal zero on his rig by enforcing the applicable HSE rules and procedures, intervening in case of breech, working the rig HSE case, ensuring timely reporting and investigation of incidents, reinforcing Hazard identification and prevention, building staff HSE awareness
  • Support the drilling supervisor to maintain well control by ensuring personnel is conversant with kick detection techniques and well closing in procedures and BOP equipment is certified maintained and tested
  • Deliver wells on time and to the required quality standards. Track daily costs and take necessary action to deliver well within budget
  • Manage all inventory and logistics operations on the well site
  • Coordinate activities of various contractors and service companies intervening on the rig site
  • Identify ideas to improve performance and communicating them to the office team for inclusion in drilling programs
  • Timely ordering of services and equipment and QA/QC when delivered on site.
  • Coordinate onsite value assurance sessions, participate in DWOPs, CWOPS and well spudding activities
  • Facilitate onsite AARs and readily report to town
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily drilling reports, end of well reports
  • Supervise all activities relation to mud, cementing and chemical usage on location
  • Accurately capture the dimensions of all downhole tools and plan effective to ensure successful fishing operations when required
  • Maintain the POB and plan to eliminate overstays on location.

Requirements
