Ugachick Poultry Breeders Ltd is seeking a Food Technologist to join our Value-Added Team. The ideal candidate will oversee the development, modification, and optimization of food products and processes to ensure safety, legal compliance, and high-quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and improve recipes and production processes.
- Ensure products are manufactured safely and to high standards.
- Collaborate with production and marketing teams.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
- Train staff and ensure SOP compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Diploma in Food Technology or related field.
- Strong leadership, and problem-solving.
- Creative thinker with excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Adaptable, result-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
