We are seeking a FOOD & BEVERAGE CONTROLLER to manage inventory, control costs and maintain efficient operations in our f&b outlets
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management, ensuring compliance with company policies, and preparing key reports for management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control wastage, pilferage, and operational efficiency across all F&B outlets.
- Prepare and analyze food and beverage cost variances, reporting
- Maintain accurate records, receipts, and audit POS transactions to ensure proper system functionality.
- Conduct stock audits and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
Collaborate with restaurant management and finance to resolve F&B related issues and ensure proper material requisition procedures are followed.
Skills and Requirements:
- Experience in F&B cost control or similar roles.
- Experience with inventory management and reporting.
Education:
Bachelor of Commerce or Similar or 4-year bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting or similar major
Experience:
At least 3 years experience in the same role with an up-scale (4/5 Star) hospitality environment.
