We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead our team and elevate our dining experiences to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and banquet services.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and enhance profitability.
- Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction through exceptional service and product quality.
- Design innovative menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef, incorporating local and international cuisines.
- Train, motivate, and lead a high-performing team to meet operational goals.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, and supplier relations to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Plan and execute special events, promotions, and themed dining experiences in conjunction with the banqueting team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends, including menu planning, cost control, and customer service.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to guest needs.
- Familiarity with East African cuisine and international dining trends is an advantage.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage, or a related field.
- At least 4 years’ Experience in a 3-star hotel.
