Role Description
The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the operations of the food and beverage department, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, developing and implementing strategies to maximize profitability, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.He/She will also collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences and contribute to the hotel’s overall success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food and beverage management or a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with staff and customers
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proven ability to meet financial targets and manage budgets
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
