THE PURPOSE
To supervise and facilitate implementation of effective mitigation plans for risks associated with disruptions.
THE DUTIES
- Coordinates the Business Continuity Management Programme (BCMP) as a member of a multi-disciplinary and cross-functional programme management team.
- Works with a wide range of cross-functional teams to conduct business impact assessments, identify critical services, defines recovery objectives, and maps critical dependencies.
- Facilitates the development of Business Process Recovery plans for identified Business Units and acts as a consultant to develop appropriate recovery strategies.
- Facilitates business continuity exercises and tests to identify potential gaps in plans.
- Ensures timely completion and submission of Risk & Control Self Assessments (RCSAs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
- Collates and reports operational risk Loss Incident events.
- Prepares reports for presentation to Management & Board Committees.

DATA ANALYTICS OFFICER – FLOUR MILLS OF NIGERIA PLC, APAPA
THE PURPOSE
Provide assurance over the integrity and accuracy of transaction processing across FMN’s key business applications and supporting the development and implementation of data analytics strategy.
THE DUTIES
- Review the processing integrity of business applications using relevant IT tools such as ACL and other relevant software.
- Perform assessments on FMN’s IT infrastructure, evaluating the effectiveness of IT operational and control procedures.
- Conduct system development and change control reviews to ensure the adequacy of implemented controls.
- Evaluate access controls and administration processes, including access configuration and security measures.
- Facilitate data literacy initiatives within Risk Management, Internal Audit, Forensic, and Compliance teams to strengthen data-driven decision-making in the assurance function.
- Perform Information systems and revenue-assurance audits in the areas of Accounts Payable, Account Receivables, Rebates and Discounts, Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash among others.

BRAND MANAGER – FLOUR MILLS OF NIGERIA PLC, APAPA
PURPOSE
To manage the image and perception of assigned brands using appropriate research and integrated
marketing communication tools to ensure continuous growth in market share and to achieve and
exceed the sales objectives of the assigned brands.
THE JOB
- Develop and implement strategies to grow assigned brands which will increase market share and sales revenue.
- Prepare integrated marketing communication briefs for advertising agencies and media partners ensuring clarity of brand objectives and positioning.
- Collate, summarize and maintain all market related information on assigned brands to facilitate management decision making process through accurate reporting.
- Monitor and evaluate integrated marketing communication activities on assigned brands to ensure compliance with approved brand budget, enhance brand positioning and benchmark competition of set objectives.
- Assist the marketing manager in the process of New Product Development and brand improvements.

PURPOSE
Drive the execution of the sales operations strategy for bakeries and dealers to ensure overall success by overseeing the end-to-end processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement measures to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
THE JOB
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve bakery sales targets and optimize bakery sales operations.
- Oversee the drafting and finalization of sales agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Lead efforts to optimize order processing, inventory management, and logistics for maximum efficiency.
- Implement data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement in sales operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing concerns and proactively identifying opportunities for business growth.
