Job Summary
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing expert guidance on investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term engagement and trust.
- Provide personalized support, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Assist with the client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Proactively follow up with potential clients, nurturing leads and converting inquiries into successful investments.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions to track engagement and opportunities
- Handle client concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- 1 year of experience in financial sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
