Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and compliance.
– Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
– Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
– Ensure tax compliance and regulatory adherence.
– Optimize financial systems and controls for efficiency.
– Support senior management with financial insights and recommendations.
Qualifications & Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA/ACCA qualification preferred).
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry.
– Familiarity with different accounting systems; expertise in QuickBooks is an added advantage.
-Strong knowledge of financial reporting and tax regulations.
– Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment.
