Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Advisor at ICEA LION Group. The Financial Advisor will be responsible for financial planning, retirement planning, investment advice, and providing financial advisory services. This role will be based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with some flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

· A Diploma or higher National Diploma in Sales & Marketing, A Bachelor’s Degree will be an added advantage

· KCSE Certificate with a mean grade of C Plain with at least C-in English and Mathematics.

· Team Player with Interpersonal Skills and communication skills.

· Computer literate, ECOP (Executive Certificate of Proficiency ) or COP will be an added advantage.

· Must be able to work with minimal supervision as the position affords flexible working hours.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Sell a range of insurance products to potential clients.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on the best insurance solutions for individual needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and best sales practices.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Desired Skills:

  • Previous experience in marketing or sales is highly desirable.
  • Ability to actively listen to clients’ needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Coach-able and willing to learn and adapt to new strategies and techniques.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and excel in a competitive sales environment.

NB.

Remuneration / Payment Structure is based on Commission basis with added financial incentives to highly productive Financial Advisors including fully paid International trips and Holidays.
