Finance Manager- Based in Nairobi (1 position)
Girl Child Network (GCN) is an independent, non-political, non-religious, non-profit organization registered in Kenya, (Reg. No’ OP.218/051/12 – 0334/8160). The Finance Manager will be in charge of all finance-related functions of the organization that will including; budgeting and management, grants management, coordination and supervision of the finance team, conducting due diligence to project implementing partners, partner capacity strengthening on GCN’s finance and policy procedures, funds disbursement and monitoring of partners’ budgets burn rates and prudent management of resources, budgeting, and reporting among other functions
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in B. Com (Finance option) and a Master’s Degree in Business
- Administration and CPA (K) professional qualifications.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of experience working in the NGO sub-sector in a similar position is also required.
Candidates who have previously served as Grants Managers will have an added advantage.
