As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Finance and Accounts Lead to support the implementation of our internal financial management processes, working closely with various departments, including HR, Procurement, Operations, etc
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance and Accounts Lead to oversee and manage the financial functions of our organization, with a focus on maintaining solid financial control systems. The successful candidate will lead the Finance and Accounts Associate, implement an ERP system, and play a key role in forecasting, budgeting, and financial cross-checking statements and accounts. This role requires strong collaboration across various teams and departments to ensure financial integrity and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
- Supervise and mentor the Finance and Accounts Associate, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations and provide managerial support to the accounting team.
Financial Control Systems:
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve internal financial control systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Lead the transition and integration of the organization’s financial systems into a new ERP system.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of budgets, ensuring that they are adhered to by the relevant teams.
- Conduct regular financial forecasts and cross-checks to ensure accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making.
- Ensure that all financial records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements and best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the HR, Procurement, Operations, and other departments to align financial goals with operational objectives.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, financial regulations, and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks to the business.
Qualifications:
Mandatory:
- CPA-K certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing facility.
- Proven experience working with ERP systems and managing their implementation.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.

- Strong leadership and managerial skills with experience overseeing a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
