Job Title: Field Support Officer

Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair faulty POS
- Provide field and remote support to the merchants.
- Visit the merchant locations in Lagos or other country regions.
- Maintain a detailed record of all complaints and issues related to the merchant’s POS system, along with their resolutions.
- Gives weekly report of all merchants visited
- Hardware and Software installation, configuration, and training on POS functionality.
Qualifications
- A recent graduate with 1 year work experience in the field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- He must be smart and be self-driven and able to take initiative
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good Relationship skills and emotional intelligence skills
- Must be a skilled motorcycle rider.
- A comprehensive knowledge of the roadways in Lagos is essential.
