We are looking for a Field Service Coordinator to join our East Africa Operational Organization and based in Nairobi Kenya, you will be reporting to Field Service Manager, South & East Africa.
What will you be doing:
Your work will focus on these main responsibilities:
- Generate and invoice orders timeously
- Generate purchase orders
- Act as liaison to customer
- Coordinate job assignments from start to finish
- Work in accordance with business as well a QHSE guidelines.
- Review SWR before assigning to FS Manager
- Conduct brief and debriefings
- Review team leaders daily work reports
- Provide invoicing status to relevant sales person/team
You will shine in this role, when you have:
- Qualification in a similar field and related to the position
- 7 years of relevant experience in the service, customer care, and 4 Stoke Engines.
- Professional Project Management skills (considered as an advantage)
- A safety-first mind-set.
- Passion about developing resources and excellent Customer Service.
- Experience in a customer facing role with responsibility for collection of costs and invoices.
- Excellent organizational skills and Customer Centricity.
- Demonstrable team working skills and the ability to adjust and re-plan in dynamic situations.
- Excellent communication skills and well-developed cultural awareness and sensitivity.
