Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential loan clients to expand the customer base
  • Serve as a key intermediary between mogo and clients, facilitating effective communication and service delivery
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and sustain long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Strategically market and promote Mogo loan products to attract and retain customers.
  • Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
  • Conduct thorough verification processes for loan applicants to ensure eligibility and compliance.
  • Administration of Boda loans and closely monitoring all loan repayments to ensure that portfolio quality is well managed.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
  • Answering customers’ questions and escalating complex issues to relevant departments.
  • Analyzing competitors, products, and procedures for better delivery by Mogo Loans SMC Ltd.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University
  • Must know how to ride a bike
  • Strong ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Knowledge.
  • Good team player.
  • High level of integrity and accountability.
  • Experience and proficiency in excel and any other computer software.
  • Highly motivated and target driven.
