Job Title: Field Marketer

Job Summary
- We are looking for field marketers who will implement marketing strategies and promoting our products awareness in designated geographical areas.
- This position involves a combination of direct customer interaction, event management, and on-the-ground marketing efforts to drive engagement and meet organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate new prospects and improve client retention.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring that the brand image is consistently presented in line with corporate guidelines.
- Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful event outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the community.
- Increase sales and profits by driving brand awareness through on-site, face-to-face interactions with consumers.
- Perform any other job-related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Educational Qualifications
- The candidate should have at least, a BSc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration or related field with a minimum of two (2) years relevant experience.
Competencies Expected:
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or related roles, preferably in a field-based or customer-facing capacity.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Familiarity with marketing techniques, principles, and tools, including digital marketing and social media.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse audiences.
Reward System
- Salary: N150,000 / month
