- Oil Palm, Plantain, Pineapple, Cassava, and Maize Plantations
- Goat Farming Operations
We are expanding into:
- Tomato and Pepper Farming
- Pig Farming
- Soybean Cultivation
We seek a dynamic Farm Manager to oversee all current operations and spearhead our ambitious expansion projects.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage day-to-day activities across multiple farm operations.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for crop and livestock production.
- Monitor and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Oversee introducing and managing new projects (e.g., tomato, pepper, and pig farming).
- Ensure compliance with sustainable agricultural practices.
- Coordinate staff training and supervision.
- Prepare and analyze operational and financial reports.
Who You Are
- Experienced: Minimum of 5 years managing diversified farm projects.
- Knowledgeable: Expertise in crop production, animal husbandry, and modern farming technologies.
- Innovative: Driven to implement strategies for growth and efficiency.
- Leadership-Oriented: Skilled in managing teams and inspiring productivity.
