Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Google workspace Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize and work collaboratively with other team members to support the C.E.O’s office.
- Ability to multi task, and handle pressure
