Job Overview:
Tsenda is seeking a highly organized, creative, and hands-on Executive Assistant with a passion for cars and healthcare industry equipments, knowledge of importation and financial services, and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage executive-level tasks while bringing creativity to the role through graphic design or other creative avenues. A background in journalism would be a strong asset for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support:
- Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of executive reports, presentations, and business proposals.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Industry Research and Insights:
- Conduct research on automotive and healthcare industry equipments trends, importation processes, and financial services relevant to Tsenda’s business.
- Keep up-to-date with industry news, providing the CEO with regular briefings and insights.
- Client and Stakeholder Interaction:
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
- Prepare and manage executive-level communications, ensuring professionalism and clarity in all interactions.
- Presentation and Communication:
- Assist in creating visually appealing and informative presentations for internal meetings and external client pitches.
- Provide creative input into presentations, marketing materials, and communications that align with Tsenda’s brand image.
- Creative and Graphic Design Support (Added Advantage):
- Support marketing and communication efforts by creating basic graphics and visuals for social media posts, presentations, and other business materials.
- Contribute creative ideas for enhancing Tsenda’s brand presence across different platforms.
- Administrative and Coordination Duties:
- Manage daily office administration, ensuring smooth operation of office activities.
- Coordinate with external service providers, vendors, and suppliers for imports, financial services, and other business operations.
- Event and Project Coordination:
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and business projects.
- Handle coordination for client events, vehicle deliveries, and healthcare industry equipments demonstrations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, healthcare industry equipments, importation processes, and financial services is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
- Hands-on experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

- Previous experience working in a fast-paced business environment.
