Enrolled Midwife (1)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality midwifery care, including prenatal, delivery, and postnatal services.
- Conduct health education and counseling for mothers and families.
- Ensure adherence to safe clinical practices and hygiene protocols.
- Maintain accurate medical records and reports.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
- Any other role as it may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Must be a certified and registered Enrolled Midwife with the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council.
- At least 1 year of experience in midwifery or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to professional ethics and patient-centered care.
Records Assistant/Accountant (1)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical, financial, and administrative records.
- Process payments, invoices, and other financial transactions.
- Generate periodic financial and records management reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial and record-keeping policies and procedures.
- Support the management team with data organization and retrieval.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Accounting, Records Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
