Eleven Degrees Consulting Ltd, on behalf of an internal client who is in the business of Avocado Export and Avocado Oil Production, wishes to fill the below Twelve (12) vacant positions on Fixed Term Contract Basis to be based in Ruiru Town and Nairobi Region with possible placement at an opportune time to other parts of Kenya and any of the East African Countries.

• To oversee the entire process of avocado oil extraction, from the receiving of raw avocados through to the final production of high-quality avocado oil. Manage the production team, coordinate operations, and monitor equipment to optimize the oil extraction process and ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Grade Test certification / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering, or a relevant field. • Strong technical background and proficiency in calibration processes, including power connection, troubleshooting and machining • 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role is required preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting managing a team of operators and maintenance staff. • Strong commitment to safety, Health and environment. |

• Grade Test Certification/ Boiler operator certification/ license or Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering • Solid and proven technical background with an ability to demonstrate application of startup and shutdown of boiler machine, boiler maintenance and communicate effectively • At least 3 years hands-on experience operating boiler in a busy manufacturing set up. • Strong commitment to safety, Health and Environment. |
