Qualification required: AutoCAD design course
Experience required: 5-10 years’ experience in Cement Industry is mandatory. Must have done field measurements and drawing development independently. For those outside of Cement Industry Maximum 7 -10 year of professional experience.
Reporting to: – HOD – Mechanical
Following are the required essential skills: –
1. Must have good experience in AutoCAD and Solid works, 2D/3D.
2. Must have knowledge of civil drawing, structural fabrication, mechanical drawing reading, making and amendments.
3. Must have knowledge of reverse engineering equipment and component drawings.
4. Should be acquainted with furnishing of various drawings and manuals in proper layout in office.
5. Should have all records of mails, manuals and drawings from party for immediate tracing.
6. Should have knowledge of Industrial standards, fits and tolerances, standard symbols used in CAD.
7. Should have hands-on experience of making drawings in a defined time.
8. Should have knowledge of using the Micrometer, Vernier calipers to inspect and measure.
9. Having good knowledge of making drawings of mechanical spares parts with tolerances.
10. Should be able to read, understand and carry out field audit as per fabrication drawings.
11. Should be acquainted with all Health, Safety and Environment procedures and legal requirements.
12. Should have good knowledge of ISO Management system/ERP
13. Should have exposure to project planning and execution
Responsibilities:
1. To plan the activities priority wise.
2. To take site measurement and develop the drawings within required time.
3. To maintain all the records department wise, section wise, project details.
4. To audit structures and prepare
5. To verify and update all as built drawings after project completion and compare with the original drawing.
6. To facilitate the site job as per requirement.
