Category A: (Company limited by shares)
- Certificate of incorporation.
- Trading license.
- Memorandum & Articles of Association.
- TIN & VAT Certificate.
- Company Form 7.
- 2 Passport size Photos for each Director.
- Bank statement for 6 months
- Copy of National ID
Category B: (Sole Proprietor)
- Certificate of registration.
- Trading license.
- Tin & Vat Certificates.
- 2 Passport Photos for all Directors.
- Statement of particulars
CAPITAL REQUIREMENTS
- Working capital of 350 million to 700 million depending on area of operations
- Proof of funds on bank account or guarantee with a reputable
WAREHOUSING REQUIREMENTS
- Dedicated warehousing space that meets required health and safety standards
- Storage space of at-least 500 sqm with ample turning and staging area for trucks
- Located in accessible premises for primary delivery and secondary distribution
FLEET REQUIREMENTS
- Capacity to avail dedicated truck sizes for optimisation at different tonnage levels
- Logbooks or sales agreements will be required for proof d ownership
PEOPLE AND CAPABILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Owner(s) committed to hands on day-to-day running of the business
- Passion for high performance and growth
- Ability to professionally manage and maintain a highly motivated team
- Proven sales capability. FMCG experience is an added advantage
- Ability to avail dedicated human resource for finance, logistics and sales functions
- Commitment to high health and safety standards and best practice
DIGITAL AND AUTOMATION REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to provide necessary IT infrastructure and internet connectivity
- Ability to avail required number of computers/laptops and smart phones
- Willingness work with and integrate CCBU soft-ware applications for sales and inventory management
